Every Viora order is inspected and packed by hand in our Seoul studio, then shipped directly to you. Available destinations are confirmed at checkout. Please enter your delivery address to check availability, or contact us if your destination is not listed.

Shipping Options

Complimentary standard shipping on all orders to destinations available at checkout. No minimum purchase is required, and discounts do not affect free shipping. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm availability.

Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated standard delivery is 7–14 business days from dispatch. Customs processing, carrier delays, and local holidays may extend delivery times. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships from Seoul.
Tracking
International shipments are tracked through Korea Post during transit, and through your local postal carrier once the package enters your country. Tracking updates may pause for a few days while your package is in transit — this is normal.
Returns
We accept returns on unworn earrings within 30 days of delivery, with all original packaging intact. Damaged or defective items are covered fully by Viora. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
