Every Viora order is inspected and packed by hand in our Seoul studio, then shipped directly to you. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, and South Korea — with more regions coming soon.

All duties included. Every Viora order is shipped duty-paid (DDP). There are no surprise customs fees on delivery — what you pay at checkout is the full price. In the rare case any import charge is billed on delivery, email us the receipt and we'll refund it in full.

Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships from Seoul.
Tracking
International shipments are tracked through Korea Post during transit, and through your local postal carrier once the package enters your country. Tracking updates may pause for a few days while your package is in transit — this is normal.
Returns
We accept returns on unworn earrings within 14 days of delivery, with all original packaging intact. Damaged or defective items are covered fully by Viora. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
