You may return your earrings within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn and in their original packaging (jewelry box, pouch, and cards included). One note, made with care: for hygiene reasons — as is standard for earrings — we are unable to accept returns on pieces that have been worn. Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer. Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will refund your original payment method within 7 business days. To start a return, email hello@viora-official.com with your order number.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, that is on us. Email hello@viora-official.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos, and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. Viora covers all shipping costs in these cases.
