Viora sells jewelry designed in Seoul and shipped worldwide from our Korean studio. We may update products, prices, and these terms at any time; changes apply to orders placed after the change.

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Payment is collected at checkout through our payment providers. Prices may change, but the price you pay is the price shown at the time of your order.

An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — in which case you will be fully refunded.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, and South Korea. All orders to supported countries are shipped with duties and import taxes included (DDP) — the price you see at checkout is the full price. See our Shipping page for details.

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

All content on this site — including product designs, photography, text, and the Viora name and logo — belongs to Viora and may not be reproduced without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viora is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections applicable in your place of residence.
