SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship
Viora currently ships to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, and South Korea. Every order is sent from our studio in Seoul.

Shipping cost
· United States — $10 flat rate, complimentary over $99
· Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong — $12 flat rate, complimentary over $99
· South Korea — complimentary

All duties included
Every order ships with all customs duties and import taxes prepaid (DDP). The price you see is the price you pay — no customs fees or surprises when your order arrives.

Delivery time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 7–14 business days from dispatch. Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks; customs processing may occasionally add a few days.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
