Where We Ship
VIORA currently ships to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, and China through our international Shopify store. Every order is sent from our studio in Seoul, South Korea.
For domestic orders, please visit our Korean Cafe24 store.
Shipping Costs
All amounts are in USD. Shipping rates are based on the order subtotal and destination.

Final available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout. If a discount changes the qualifying order subtotal, the applicable shipping rate is calculated at checkout.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges may apply depending on the destination and local regulations. These charges are separate from the shipping rates listed above.
Unless VIORA expressly confirms that duties and taxes are prepaid for your order, any charges assessed by customs or the carrier are the customer's responsibility. We are reviewing country-specific prepaid-duty options and will update this policy when confirmed.

Delivery Time
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated standard delivery is 7–14 business days from dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Customs processing, carrier delays, and local holidays may occasionally extend delivery times.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Refund Policy. Change-of-mind returns require unworn items in their original, undamaged condition with all original packaging, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
